Submit Wedding

Things to include in submission

  • Photos or videos of a wedding, bridal collection, event, recipe, or home
  • A lengthy description
  • Credits for all vendors involved
  • Detail shots
  • Photos at least 700 pixels wide

Read Submission advice below before sending :

1. Your Information: Your Name / Company Name, Date and Location of the Event, Couple’s names

2. Company URLS: Website address of you or your wedding company.

3. Social Handles for Everyone Involved: Your social media Urls (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) .

4. Your Images: 5-10 images that you feel best highlight the wedding. We need individual images with at least 700 pixels wide and not larger than 1 MB. High Resolution photos are welcome, but our server will automatically resize them for publishing.  We need color photos that show the bride, her fashions, the maids, the groom, the flowers, centerpieces, decor elements, favors, invitations, etc. WE DO NOT WANT too many images of the guests dancing or smoking cigars, no matter how beautiful they are.

5. Your Description: We love to hear details about the wedding. The more information you can give us about the wedding, the better.

6. The Vendors: Please list ALL applicable vendors. We must have a photography credit to consider a wedding for publication. Also try to add the wedding dress and fashion designers!

7. Video: If you have access to the video, it will always make the wedding much stronger online. We like videos that are under 10 minutes, ideally in the 5 minute time frame. (sent only YouTube link)

HOW TO SUBMIT

We accept different methods for sending images:

  • E – Mail (a zip file of compressed images)
  • Dropbox link (shared)
  • We Transfer upload (shared)
  • Google Drive link (shared)
  • YouTube Link (Videos)
  • Submission form

We will respond to every wedding or wedding-related submission. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but due to the high level of submissions we receive, it can take up to 1-3 days for us to review and respond to your submission. If you don’t hear from us within 3 days, please be sure to follow up to ensure we received your submission before submitting elsewhere.
